CLASS PASSES FOR LITTLE STARS BOOKINGS - unlimited FREE entry to Little Stars & The Milky Way

For bookings of at least a half term, our prices include an unlimited FREE entry pass to the Milky Way & Little Stars for the duration of the classes & any school holidays the block spans. This is a pass for you and your child from the scheduled day of your first class...visit The Milky Way and Little Stars whenever you like and as many times as you like, including weekends and school holidays!

Please note whilst another adult can bring your child to the session and get free entrance on the class day, on non-class days it is only the named adult and child that can use the class pass; i.e. it is not transferable to another adult/child, so we will need to take photos of you and your child for your pass.

For extra adults to gain entrance to Little Stars the normal £2 entrance applies and can be paid on the day but note entry to classes themselves for extra adults are subject to prior agreement with the class leader/manager as space might be limited.

BABY SENSORY - age & pricing

Our Baby Sensory classes are designed for babies from birth to 13 months only. Older children (including siblings) are unfortunately unable to attend Baby Sensory classes for health and safety reasons.

Class ages are for guidance only as every baby / child develops differently.  Please don't worry if your child will be slightly over the class age when the term ends, as long as they are well within the age range at the start.

Class prices are £7.00 per class. However full term bookings, Milky Way Annual Pass Holders and RHS members do get discount when booking in the respective places. Please email to find out full information on pricing.

For TWINS the second child is half the full price - when booking please select the twin product option and select 2 children to get the correct pricing.

TODDLER SENSE - age & pricing

Class ages are set by the age of your oldest child - younger siblings are accepted on older classes if you are happy that they will be mixing with older children. Children are often a month or two over the age band by the end of a block – as long as they are within the age band at the start of the block that’s fine.

Toddler Sense classes are designed for children from 12 months to 4 years 11 months. Siblings under 12 months can come along and won't be charged for. Siblings over 12 months are half the full price.

For a full term the price is £6 per session  X number of weeks in the term, which is usually around 10-13 weeks. So this coming winter term is £6 x 11 weeks = £66.

For less than 9 sessions the price is £7 per session.

On Toddler Sense siblings / twins are charged at half the full price, so £3 per session for term bookings and £3.50 for half term bookings. Please make sure you select the twin / sibling option and select 2 children to apply the correct pricing. Children under 12 months are free (please don't add them or the system will try to charge you!).

If you have annual passes for both yourself and your child that are valid until the end of the half term or term that you are booking you qualify for a discount. The cost for annual pass holders is £5 per session for term bookings and £6 per session for half term bookings. Please select the annual pass option when booking.

Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. We are are under no obligation to refund a booking in the event that you are unable to attend or wish to cancel a single session or the entire term. Regretfully we are unable to carry missed sessions over to the new term.

Although we are unable to offer concessions for sickness or holidays you are welcome to give your place to a friend if you know you will be away one week. Please do get in touch if you would like to do this – we will need their name, baby's name, date of birth and a contact number.

If you have a prior hospital or doctors appointment and are unable to make your usual session we may be able to fit you into another class at Little Stars that week or the following week. Please contact us to see if this is possible.

If your class leader is unable to run your class because of illness etc we will try and substitute an alternative class leader. If this isn't possible you will be notified of cancellation by email, text or phone call. We will endeavour to run a 'catch up' class at the end of the term to replace your session. If this isn't possible you will receive a full refund.

In certain exceptional circumstances we may be prevented from running classes due to situations beyond their control. These may include floods or treacherous driving conditions (snow or ice) which would pose a risk to our class leaders and parents if they ventured onto the roads. On these occasions we will endeavour to offer a 'catch up' class at the end of the term but if this wasn't possible we reserve the right not to refund due to the exceptional nature of the circumstances.

Parents are asked to keep their babies at home if they have a serious infection and to inform us of the nature of the infection so that other parents can be alerted.
