ABOUT OUR CLASSES
Our classes will run in terms, ranging from 5-7 weeks in duration and where possible, run in-line with Ipswich school's term time.
Classes are booked in advance, in block terms and payment must be made at the point of booking for the full term, in order to secure your space.
Classes are priced at £8.00 per class.
A very limited amount of PAYG spaces will be available for each week, and these are priced at £8.40 per class.
FAQ’S AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION
AGE RANGES FOR SESSIONS
We run New Explorer classes for younger toddlers (13months - 2 years) and Adventurer classes for older toddlers (2 - 5 years). We also offer mixed ages sessions (13 months - 5 years) to allow younger and older siblings to attend together, and those of you who like to book on with a group of friends but may have toddlers of slightly different ages!
JOIN ANY TIME!
You can join a class at any time and only pay for the remaining weeks of term. While each session follows a set structure to help toddles familiarise themselves with a routine, each session is an individual unit so you don't miss anything by joining partway through a term.
WAIT LISTS
If a class has met capacity they will be shown as having a wait list. You can add yourself to the wait list by clicking on the "wait list" button next to the class. If a space does become available, I will contact you. Please try to join another class to avoid disappointment and if a space becomes available on your first choice class, you will be more than welcome to transfer your booking across.

DISCOUNTS
SIBLING15 gives you 15% off when booking two or more children onto term bookings. This discount is also available when booking on two or more PAYG classes within the same term! Weekend specials and individual PAYG classes are excluded from the sibling discount.
REFUNDS
Should your circumstances change and you are no longer able to join us for the remainder of the term, please let me know as soon as possible. Refunds will only be given if the class has sold out, and I am then able to sell on your remaining classes on your behalf. Should this happen, an admin fee of £1 will be charged to cover transaction charges.
UNABLE TO ATTEND ONE WEEK?
If you are unable to attend a class, please do let me know. It is with regret that I am not able to offer a refund for missed classes. However, if I know in advance (for example if you are going on holiday) and the class is already sold out, I can try to sell on your space for you on your behalf and then issue you a refund (admin fee applies). Otherwise, you are able to gift your space to a friend, so they are able to come and experience the fun at Toddler Sense, or you can attend a catch up class within the same term (depending on availability!).
ILLNESS
We don’t always know when our children are contagious so if your child becomes unwell with a serious infection shortly after attending one of our classes please could you let me know so that other parents can be alerted. This includes but not limited to: COVID-19, chickenpox, scarlet fever and impetigo.
In the event of sickness or diarrhoea, please do not bring children to class until they have been symptom free for 48 hours. We will try to arrange a catch up class for you to attend.
VALUABLES
Any valuables brought into the venue is done so at your own risk. I cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to personal possessions.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Grown up’s are able to take pictures and videos of their own children within our classes, however, I politely ask that everyone respects other’s privacy, and to try to only take photos focused on your own toddler, without others in the background. Photos shared on your own personal social media accounts must not have any other children in the background, where their faces are visible.
SOCKS
Socks MUST be worn by adults at all times for safety and hygiene.
YOUNGER SIBLINGS
Younger siblings under 13 months are able to attend free of charge with an older paying sibling, until they are old enough to start on their own Toddler Sense journey!
OLDER SIBLINGS
Older siblings over the age of 5 years old are welcome to attend with their younger sibling, however please be aware, that children over the age of five are not permitted to use our equipment, due to insurance policies, so will be unable to use the equipment but will need to be supervised throughout the session.
