I am delighted that you will be joining us at one of our award-winning classes. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:

Online Card Payment at the time of booking.

Full terms are usually booked in a block booking and costs vary depending on the length of the term. Term lengths typically follow school term dates in line with Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council. Classes are payable from when you join/make a booking. Individual PAYG session may be available at £8.50 per session, however this is dependant on availability during the term as our classes may become fully booked through term block bookings. 

If there are spaces available and you wish to join part way through a term you would only pay for the remainder of the sessions in that term.

Please note that payment for each term is non-refundable or transferable. Regretfully no concessions can be made for missed sessions through illness or holidays. If you are going to miss a class, you are able to offer your space to a friend/relative with a little one to come and join us in your place. Please let Elise know in advance where possible.  

Once booked you will receive a confirmation email. Your place will only be confirmed on full payment at the time of booking.

At the end of the term current class members will be given priority booking for the next block followed by those on wait list. You will receive a re-enrolment email 2 weeks prior to your block coming to an end to advise about re-booking should you wish to continue. 

Twins/Siblings Discount:

Toddler Sense offers local discounts for twins/siblings if brought by one adult sitting within the teaching area. Please ask Elise for details. 

Younger Siblings under 13 months can attend for FREE.
