Here are some frequently asked questions about our classes:
1. How old does my child need to be to join your classes?
Toddler Sense starts from 13 months. If your child is younger than that, why not try our baby class, Baby Sensory, until they are old enough to join us at Toddler Sense.
2. My child isn’t walking yet, will that be an issue?
Not at all! Children will still be able to take part in our all aspects of our session – they may just need a little more support from you in some areas!
3. How much is a session and how do I book?
Sessions are booked in blocks of either 5 or 10. A 5 block session costs £45 and a 10 block session costs £90. You can book here on our website by clicking here!
4. I’d like to book but you are part way through a term, will I still have to pay for the whole term?
No, if you book part way through the through the term you will only pay for the remaining sessions.
5. Do you offer PAYG sessions?
We currently do not offer PAYG sessions however you can book a shorter 5 week block to try our sessions out!
6. I also have a newborn, can I bring them along with my toddler?
Of course, siblings under 12 months can attend for free but please let me (Carys) know beforehand.
7. What happens if I miss a class?
If you are unable to attend a class, please let me know and I will try to find you an alternative session that week. Alternatively, you could gift your session to a friend – let me know if you choose this option. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund missed classes.
8. Is there free parking available?
At St David’s Church (Pencoed) there is free parking available at the church. You can access the car park from Penprysg Road. There is also another free car park on Penprysg Road situated behind the barbers (look for the Penprysg Road Lane sign), and is around a 5 minute walk away.
At Llantrisant Leisure Centre, there is a free car park available at the leisure centre.
9. What if my toddler doesn’t sit still?
Good! We love to see our toddlers exploring during our Adventure play and led activities. Just make sure to keep an eye on them and they’ll rejoin us when they are ready!
