After your first block ends you can re-enrol for the class by logging into your account and clicking on re-enrol.
We operate termly bookings. If you intend to continue classes when your block is coming to an end, you must re-enrol your space for the next consecutive week. We cannot hold any spaces or offer any breaks in between blocks as it would mean an empty class space for us.
We do not offer concessions for holidays or missed classes, however you are welcome to invite a friend to take your place for the week(s) you will miss at no extra charge. If you wish to take advantage of this offer, please notify us.

Local Covid Booking Terms and Conditions and Guidance
To comply with Government guidelines for indoor activities only 1 adult is permitted to attend per toddler.
Adults are asked to wear a face mask during the whole class.
Toddlers DO NOT require a face mask.
If you or your child are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have recently been in close contact with someone who has, please DO NOT attend classes and follow government guidelines regarding isolation.
Your booked sessions will automatically be frozen if we are required to go back into a local lockdown. You can opt in to any online zoom classes if they are available on a PAYG basis. Cash refunds cannot be issued for booked classes and we cannot carry over any missed classes.
Please note, contact information WILL be shared with NHS Test and Trace if we are asked to do so to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does my toddler need to be walking to attend?
Our classes and activities, as well as our Adventure play area, are designed for crawlers, pre-walkers and walkers.
Can I bring younger or older siblings to class?
Baby siblings are welcome to come along, please ensure they are in a sling or pram.
Older siblings are able to attend, if there are no other childcare options.
What happens if I miss one of the sessions from my block?
If you are unwell or on holiday and miss one of the session's from your block we offer the opportunity of offering a friend with a similar aged child the opportunity to take your space. Please let us know in advance if you would like to take up this opportunity.
What should my Toddler and I wear to class?
We recommend that you dress your toddler in comfy clothes that allow freedom of movement as they explore our play equipment. We ask that parents and toddlers wear socks in class.
Can I bring my partner / adult guest with me to class?
Not at the moment, due to restrictions on numbers.
Can Daddy/Mummy / Grandparents etc attend in my place.
Of course, we have lots of grandparents who attend classes.
Do you host birthday parties?
We certainly do host brilliant, themed birthday parties for 2nd, 3rd and 4th birthdays as well as Christenings, Weddings or Christmas parties. We can host up to 20 children aged under 5 at our parties. Please do get in touch for more information.
