Let's Play!  Life's an Adventure in our toddler classes in Ormskirk and Burscough

Toddler Sense is a whole new world of sensory stimulation, learning, fun adventures and play for your little one.

Our toddler classes are the perfect follow on programme for Baby Sensory graduates and everyone is welcome

Your toddlers will be able to explore our adventure area, developing their gross motor skills, encouraging them to cruise, crawl, climb, bounce and balance. They will also be expanding their social, emotional and creative mindsets.

When your toddler has finished exploring our adventure play area, a whole new world of adventure begins as we move to our guided activities with our unique soft toy, Tod.

A different themed adventure awaits you and your little ones each week.

Whether we will be zooming through space on a rocket, diving deep in the Ocean on a submarine, or exploring the African Zoo, each week offers them an opportunity to keep discovering and learning on their magical Toddler Sense adventure.

FAQ's

Can my baby attend too?

Yes of course, lots of families attend with younger siblings. It can be helpful or easiest to have a baby in a sling for very young ones.

Can I attend with an older child?

Yes, some classes are for older children and are a great option to accommodate families with siblings.

Can I attend if my child can't walk yet?

Yes, we recommend the classes for the younger age group and those classes have lots of activities and equipment to help build muscles, balance and co-ordination.

I am returning to work, can Grandparents bring children to class?

Of course, we are a family class and everyone is welcome. We have lots of Dads, grandparents and child minders attending and joining in the fun.

What if I miss a class?

Please speak to your class practitioner and we will do our best to help. Subject to availability there may be an option to change class day or time, or why not invite and gift a friend to take your place

I can't commit to the full term.

Our terms are usually about 6 weeks and this provides the opportunity for your toddler to settle in and learn the routine to gain maximum benefit from the classes. However we know that shifts or circumstances can get in the way, but we don't want you to miss out. Please contact the class leader on social media or using the links on the home page. There are times, subject to availability when we can offer PAYG classes.

My preferred class is fully booked?

Please check the timetable for a possible alternative class. This way means you will have priority booking for the following term and can select a different class time. Alternatively please add your details to the waitlist and we will advise you should there be any availability.

Can a friend or relative attend too?

Yes, we have extra room and chairs provided for visitors.

Parking

Free parking is available around the venue.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a pair of socks to keep the areas child friendly. If you need to provide a snack we only ask that they are accommodated away from the play areas to avoid any allergy issues and to keep the play areas clean for everyone.
