Before Booking Please Note
Before your first block ends you can re-enrol for your class by logging into your account and clicking on re-enrol.
We operate rolling term bookings. If you intend to continue classes when your block is coming to an end, you must re-enrol your space for the next consecutive week. We cannot hold any spaces or offer any breaks in between blocks as it would mean an empty class space for us.
We do not offer concessions for holidays or missed classes, however you are welcome to invite a friend to take your place for the week(s) you will miss at no extra charge. You may also attend a different class day/time during that same week subject to availability. If you wish to take advantage of this offer, please notify us. Classes cannot be carried over or added to the end of blocks.
Sibling's under 12 months can attend class but must be held by their adult or stay in their pram/car seat at the side and be supervised at all times.
Children over 5 years old unfortunately cannot participate in any of our classes for insurance and safety for our toddlers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does my toddler need to be walking to attend?
Our classes and activities, as well as our Adventure play area, are designed for crawlers, pre-walkers and walkers.
Can I bring younger or older siblings to class?
We generally don't encourage older siblings over the age of 5 to attend as they won't be able to participate in class, however we do understand that they may need to come along occasionally. Children over 5 years old must be able to sit independently and quietly at the side.
Sibling's under 12 months can attend class but must be held by their adult or stay in their pram/car seat at the side and be supervised at all times.
What happens if I miss one of the sessions from my block?
If you are unwell or on holiday and miss or will be missing one of the classes from your block we offer the opportunity of offering a friend with a similar aged child the opportunity to take your space. You may also attend a different class day/time during the same week BUT this is only subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you would like to take up this opportunity. Missed classes cannot be added on to your block and we are not able to pause blocks of classes.
What should my Toddler and I wear to class?
We recommend that you dress your toddler in comfy clothes that allow freedom of movement as they explore our play equipment. We ask that parents always wear socks in class, however for safety reasons we advise toddlers are bare foot or wear socks with grips on the bottoms.
Can I bring my partner / adult guest with me to class?
We welcome guests at any time so please do invite them to come along and see all the fun we get up to in class. However, if the class is very busy we may ask your guests to sit at the side during our activities so that we have enough room for all our toddlers.
Can Daddy/Mummy / Grandparents etc attend in my place.
Of course, we have lots of grandparents who attend classes in place of mummies or daddy's who are perhaps unable to attend due to work or other commitments.
Do you host birthday party?
We certainly do host brilliant, themed birthday parties for 1st,2nd, 3rd and 4th birthdays as well as Christenings, Weddings, Christmas parties or any other special occasion! We can host up to 20 children aged under 5 at our parties. Please do get in touch for more information.
