1. Terms
My classes can be booked in blocks (terms) – each term runs for 6-8 weeks and are £7.80 per class for full term bookings (£8.00 for PAYG bookings). You will be able to see the term dates on the booking page of the website & on your confirmation email.
Each of the classes are standalone so you can join part way through a term without needing to play catchup!
2. Pay As You Go Classes/Single Sessions
PAYG classes can be booked upto 1 week in advance - please select your class on the booking page, you will then be given the option to select a PAYG or term booking from the 'Sessions' drop down menu. Alternatively, you can pay by cash/card at the class if you contact me in advance to book your place.
3. Wait List
If a class is marked as 'Wait List', please try to book onto another class to avoid disappointment. You will be notified once a place becomes available and be given the option to book on. Places do not tend to become available again for Specials & they sell out - if you are able to attend an available class at a different time then we suggest booking this so you don't miss out!
4. Sibling Discount/Attendance
Sibling discount is available if booking for two or more siblings –please use code TODSIB30 at the checkout on additional siblings.
Siblings under 13 months are free to attend any of our classes with their toddler - please let me know if you intend to bring any extra little ones along with you!
5. Events/Specials
These special events are booked as a one off and not included as part of a term booking. Two grown-ups are permitted to attend with their child. Ticket price also includes a gift!
Places do not tend to become available again for Specials & they sell out - if you are able to attend an available class at a different time then we suggest booking this so you don't miss out!
6. Missed Classes
If there are spaces available on another class the same week then I will always try my best to book you in on an alternative date – please note that this cannot be guaranteed if classes are already at capacity. You can also gift your space to a friend or I can advertise this on our social media so another family have the chance to come along.
7. Birthday Parties
Take the stress out of your little one's Birthday Party as we can host your very own Toddler Sense Party at our Wow Centre! You'll just need to provide catering/party bags and let us do the rest! Get in touch at southleeds@toddlersense.co.uk for availability & details!
