Pebble Discounts
For any terms, classes or special events booked via Pebble where a discount applies please note that the offer from Pebble is at their discretion and the WOW World Group, its Franchisees or Class Leaders are not responsible for any offer made by Pebble. If we are unable to fulfill your order for services due an event outside our control we will contact you to make alternative arrangements. This may include cancelling your contract (in which instance you will receive a refund for any Services you have paid for but not received). The WOW World, its Franchises or Class Leaders will not be liable to compensate you for any lost classes that have not been paid for in taking up any offers made by Pebble. All other terms and conditions are unaffected.
ONCE TERM HAS STARTED: In the event of us having to close venue based classes for any reason such as local or national lockdown, we reserve the right to transfer online to Zoom, we cannot offer refunds.

- What will venue based classes be like?
The class will be 50 minutes long. We will still start with a our adventure play element. After this we will move onto the structured sensory activities. As always, we will be having a different themed adventure every week!
- How will you keep the equipment clean?
All individual equipment used, will have been sanitised before the session and only you will use it during the session. At the end of the session we will sanitise all equipment and leave it to air dry before it is used again.
- Will we have to wear a face covering?
This is not currently a legal requirement. However at present we are encouraging adults to wear a mask, in line with the current situation.
- Will we have to maintain social distancing?
Again there is currently no requirement for this.
- What happens when I arrive and what can I bring with me?
Due to the cleaning procedures we ask that you do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before the start of your class.
Hand sanitiser will be available for you to use on arrival, this is for adult use only. We also encourage you to bring your own hand sanitiser and to regularly sanitise your hands.
- Can I bring siblings/ extra people with me?
You can bring a sibling if they are booked in advance Please contact us of for any sibling bookings. At present there will be very limited opportunity for more than one adult to accompany a child - please speak to me in advance of your class to see if it's possible.
If you have a baby under 12 months, they are welcome to join you and your toddler free of charge however please do let us know as soon as you have booked your toddler in as we will need to factor this into our numbers.
- What happens if we go into a local or national lockdown?
If we are unable to run the venue-based classes for circumstances out of our control we will run your affected sessions online via zoom. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund as the online session will be in place of the venue-based class.
- What if I have any symptoms of Covid 19 or someone I live with is showing symptoms?
Please DO NOT come to classes if you or someone you live with is showing symptoms or has tested positive for Covid 19. Please follow all government guidance for self-isolating.
- What happens if I cannot attend my class?
If possible you will be offered a space on an alternative time/day class - if there is space. Alternatively you are welcome to send a friend in your place (with a child of a similar age to yours), we just need to know some details about who is coming so please arrange this with us in advance of the session.
Once you have booked if any of this information changes, we will update you accordingly.
